74th Annual Student Art Competition Award Winners

On Thursday, March 4, the Ewing Gallery of Art + Architecture announced the award recipients for the 74th Annual Student Art Exhibition. In its 74th year, the gallery’s exhibition is one of the longest running university student art competitions in the country.

This year’s fine art jurors included alumnus T. Michael Martin, director of the Eagle Galleries at Murray State University, Hamlett Dobbins, faculty at the University of Memphis Department of Art, and Denise Woodward-Detrich, director of the Lee Galleries at Clemson University.

Graphic design entries were juried by Brock Lefferts, senior product designer for Wistia.

Finally, art history papers were juried by Dr. Beth Lauritis, senior lecturer of art history at Clemson University.
